What if CSI can't help me, will I still have to pay the full amount?

​No, each client only pays for the services rendered.

Can CSI take cases from other states?

Regardless of where the client lives, CSI can conduct investigations anywhere in the State of Texas.

Will CSI follow an investigation to other states?

Although CSI is licensed in the state of Texas, we can work with other investigators all over the country.

Will CSI investigate small cases?

Yes. CSI accepts all cases regardless of size.

How do you bill? Is it by the hour?

Each case is unique and is situationally dependent. Billing is discussed before signing a contract and is based on a person’s situation.

Is there a retainer fee?

Retainer fees are only required based on the size of the investigation.

How do you handle client confidentiality?

Client confidentiality is a priority.  When a client calls CSI, it is an emotional decision, and each client needs to know that we will handle their case with the greatest of secrecy.

If you solve a problem/case for me, do you advise or assist me in taking the next steps? (So for example, if it’s fraud, what do I do once you’ve discovered it to be viable).

Yes. One of the advantages of being a retired law enforcement officer we have experience on the entire law enforcement process. If we don’t know the answer, we can direct each client to a trusted expert who can provide the best advice.
